Ellises mark 50th anniversary

Robert and Joan Ellis, former longtime residents of Nashua and now residents of Hollis, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a party at Dorinne Whynott’s home in Merrimack on June 24 and a dinner cruise in Boston on June 25. All family and friends are invited to send their best wishes to Ross Ellis at 861-1828, Dorinne Whynott at Profesisonal Pet Sitting, 888-8088, or directly to Mr. and Mrs. Ellis at 595-0787 or 47 Lorna St., Hollis. Mr. and Mrs. Ellis were married June 24, 1960. They have four children, David Ellis, of Apache Junction, Ariz.; Ross Ellis, of Biloxi, Miss.; Patricia Rogers, of Nashua; and Charles Ellis, of Merrimack. They have eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Family members include Dorinne Whynott, of Merrimack, and her daughter, Rachelle, and Larri Ellen Marasa and Madison Marasa, of California. Mr. and Mrs. Ellis wish all many blessings and great gratitude for all the prosperity of life and family they experienced over the years. Long marriages have a previous existence in the family. Mrs. Ellis’ grandparents were married for 63 years. |
