Mr. and Mrs. Earl and Patricia Chadwick of Nashua, New Hampshire, announce the engagement of their daughter, Melissa Anne Chadwick to Gordon Robert Baldwin, son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert and Kitty Baldwin of Jasper, Georgia. A June 2012 wedding is planned.
Miss Chadwick of Washington, D.C., is a 1998 graduate of Nashua High School. She is a 2002 honors graduate of Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications and the College of Arts and Sciences. She is the editor of the Bethesda and Rockville editions of The Gazette newspapers, a division of The Washington Post Co.
Mr. Baldwin of Arlington, Virginia, is a 1999 graduate of Georgia Southern University with a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, and a 2002 graduate of Loyola New Orleans School of Law. He is a primary patent examiner for the United States Patent and Trademark Office in Alexandria, Virginia.
