Michelle Wood and Curt Ramsey were married July 2, 2011 at Nesselrod on the New in Fairlawn, Virginia. The outdoor ceremony was officiated by Sandy Young and Rusty Webster, the groom’s godfather. A reception immediately followed at Nesselrod.
The bride is the daughter of David and Jill Wood of Nashua, NH. The groom is the son of Philip and Shelley Ramsey of South Boston, Virginia.
The bridesmaids were Caitlin Gibson, Alyssa Knies and Karyn Lovern, friends of the bride. Lexi Sproul was the Matron of Honor. The groomsmen were Ken Donohue, Josh Martin, Bo Palmore, Tom Sproul and Chase Weddle, friends of the groom. Andrew Wood, brother of the bride, was an usher. Wyatt Ramsey, brother of the groom was the Best Man.
The bride is a 2006 graduate of Nashua High School South and a 2011 graduate of Virginia Tech with a degree in Architecture. The groom is a 2005 graduate of Halifax County High School in Virginia and a 2010 graduate of Virginia Tech with a degree in Psychology.
The newlyweds currently reside in Danville, Virginia.
